Hello,
Sorry for my delay in response and thank you for your interest into my house for rent.
I am looking for someone to move there as soon as possible, because I was recently awarded a position in an engineering department working in Ontario, Canada that will be effective until June or July of 2014. I am a civil engineer, so my accommodation period in Canada will be for about 4 years. The renting period is from 3 months up to 1-8 years. I’m the owner of the house.
The house is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent is $500 per month including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and refrigerator). The house is unoccupied and you can move in the house the same day you receive the keys. The only problem is that I’m the only person who has the keys but I hope we'll find a solution. I will not negotiate the price. Also, I take in consideration only those people who are serious about renting my house, to be sure that I don't waist my time with endless discussions. This way, I shall be assured of the serious intentions.

So if you are interested please email me back so I can explain you how the transaction will work.
Regards.

Ya so I looked up this guys email because I am not that stupid and there is no way in heck the place he was claiming to rent was going to be as cheap as he said. So I found his email already listed on this site but for other items such as cars and a tractor. So....FYI...

Before I left United States I had prearranged the deal with eBay Real Estate Rental so my presence in United States isn't necessary. The keys and all papers are in their possession ready for delivery. You will have a 5 days inspection period to view the unit. if you decide not to rent the property, eBay will give you back the deposit 100%. So if you want to make this deal I need the following information:

Your full name and address
Shipping address (street, city, zip code)
Phone #

Then I will forward them to eBay Real Estate Rental and I will precede the order. eBay will contact you with all the details that you need to complete this deal and also to see that I am covered by them and that I am legit.

Here is how this deal will work:
1. I will forward the details of our transaction to the eBay Real Estate Rental.
2. They will process the paperwork and will email you the Payment Invoice and the transaction details.
3. You will have to submit the payment (2 months + 1 month rent security deposit = $1500 total), as instructed to one of the eBay agents.
4. The payment will be verified and if everything is OK, eBay will deliver the keys at your address on my own cost within 12 hours. The keys will be delivered to your location with USPS Overnight Express.
5. After you receive them, you will have a 5 days inspection period. I am sure you will love the apartment and you will decide to rent it, but it's good to know you have the second option also.
If you wish to proceed further, I will need your complete name, delivery address and phone number so I can start the transaction with eBay Real Estate Rental Program.
Thanks
