My name is Graham Ketley (I am the owner of the department), I am of English nationality, I have worked in Mexico for almost 6 years (the English company where I work have given me a project in Mexico), and this department was bought when I worked in Mexico . Now I think it would be a better investment, to rent. I am the sole owner of the home, it is paid in full, and has no legal problems. The department is not inhabited, since I have returned in England for almost 2 months.

I would like to rent my apartment to some nice and responsible people, and in order to do that, I have to know some details about you, like how many people are planning to live in the apartment, for how long, if you have a stable income, etc. I must tell you from the beginning that I do not have a problem if you have children or are a student, and I am very fond of pets and willing to accept them in the department.

In addition to everything else, here is a bit about the apartment and I so we can get to know each other.

The department is the one of the photos of the announcement and it comes exactly as it is in the photos

The rent for 1 month is 7000 pesos (for the entire department - will not be shared with anyone else -), including parking and maintenance. We are going to make an open end contract with no minimum or month limit.

I also want 1 month more as security deposit, 7000 pesos (the guarantee deposit of 7000 pesos will be refunded when the rental contract will be terminated), without additional taxes to be paid. I want to receive the money monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will not be any problem for you to send the money. You will also receive an invoice for the rent each month.

You can move into the apartment on the same day you receive the keys.

Of course, you will have to see the department before discussing more details.

I am willing to send you the keys so that you can access the department and see if the department adapts to your needs. I will send you the keys and authorization to see the department (signed from me), to make sure we can trust each other.

The delivery of the keys and documents will take 2 days.

Now, if you are interested and ready to proceed with this transaction, I need to inform you about the steps on how this service works:



You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before the final decision to rent.

I pay the fees from AIRBNB that will include shipping of the keys, paperwork ( contract) and insurance.

Here's how they work:



1) I'll do the papers for renting on Airbnb. After that, I send you a copy of my passport, a copy of the delivery contract, and a copy of rent contract.



2) Then I'll make the papers for delivery, will be required for confirmation of the first month payment and security deposit (7000MXN + 7000MXN = 14000MXN) to the company. Airbnb, will send a delivery notification to let you know, they have the keys and papers in custody.

Also Airbnb, will send an email with all payment data, so you can make the payment to them.



3) Once you confirm the payment, the delivery process will start, and when you receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period, before the final decision to rent.



4) If everything is in order, you'll inform Airbnb, and they give me the money. The rest of the monthly rents will be sent directly to my bank account.



5) If you refuse to rent the apartment , Airbnb, will refund you the 14000MXN pesos.
