This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice or notification -- Make no mistake, the document will be fake !
If you are reading this because you have received such an invoice or notification, kindly forward it to the address in my signature line and I will report the details to the appropriate authorities.

I just contacted a listing and received an email from her instead and was wondering if she was legit, but then I found this which is exactly the same as what I received just with a different address and price.

Hello! I have got the same email from her yesterday out of the blue but because I have been sending inquiries about flats and apartments, I was not too surprised about receiving an email, rather than how cheap and easy to rent the house sounded considering how nice it looks from the picture and where is positioned.

When I replied asking for a viewing, here's what she replied:

Same thing happened to me two days ago. After I replied back to the email; cos she had pictures of a particular property I’d applied to, I had this weird feeling about the email address. I kept going back to it and then I decided to google it and that’s when I found this website and read everyone’s comments.

So glad I did, thanks everyone for sharing!
