Room for Rent and other rental scams

Sorry for my long message but i want to clarify all the things. As i am in Germany now, i cannot make the contract face to face so i left the keys and the contract to an agent. The apartment is available immediately for the period that you wish to rent it (maximum 5 years), so you can visit it anytime you want with an agent. I will publish the ad on Airbnb because they have a new service Long-Term and i will send you the link to make the booking but first i need some informations from you:

Your full name:
Address:
Preferred start date of lease:
Preferred lease duration:
Reason for moving:
Total number of persons:
If you have children:
Phone/Whatsapp:
If you have pets:
A copy of your identification document:

I require the rent for 1 month + security deposit (which will be refunded at the end of the contract)= 1.000€ in TOTAL. The payment must be paid to Airbnb after you make the booking. They have the contract signed by me, and you can register it as your address.
We use Airbnb only for the 1th month, after that you will send the money directly to my bank account.

The steps are:

1. I will publish the property on Airbnb and i will give you the link.
2. You will make the booking and the payment of the 1th month + the security deposit to Airbnb.
3. The Airbnb will confirm the payment and the agent will contact you to schedule the visit.
4. They will release the money to me only after you will sign the contract.

IMPORTANT!!! The payment is only a formality to give me the warranty that you will rent it and will not oblige you to rent the property, its just to be sure that you are really interested to rent it. This is the safest way for both, since the money will be kept in the Airbnb's custody until you see and inspect the property, and only after this, if the apartment is as I have described, the Airbnb will release the money for me, otherwise they will refund all your money back.

Thanks,
Mathieu
