As soon as your Application form is approved i will email you the copy of the contract for review .

I’d have actually left it vacant, but my Wife advised that I must rent it out. It's one bedroom & one bathroom, furnished, electricity, water and Parking space are included in the monthly rent. The rent, which includes all utilities is $760 per month. A Refundable damage deposit of $760 will be paid alongside the rent before you move in. I will like you to tell me about yourself because I am interested in knowing your capability of funding the rent and taking care of my apartment

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thank you for your interest in renting our apartment i also believe that you can take good care of the apartment kindly understand that we are renting out this apartment to you base on trust i would not like to experience what l experienced from my last tenant again that is why will hand over every thing by our self and proceed with the keys via UPS to your temporary home address.I will love it if you can hold the keys of the apartment till when you are ready to move in then i will be counting the month rent from the date you moved in,I accept your application form and due to this reason you may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you cant view the inside without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security.

I just moved to Texas with my family last Summer. I have a five years contract with a very good chance of an extension, presently and the keys to the apartment is with me here so I will only be able to delivery the keys to your temporary home address you fill in the application form via UPS delivery service. Am willing to rent out the apartment for Long and Short term lease its all depend on how you are willing to stay in my apartment and you will need to sign a contract. Before i proceed further with the contract i will like to make this clear to you that , the apartment is locked for now and you can only view it or move in after you receive the keys via UPS by Overnight Delivery with Tracking #.

I suggested that to avoid unnecessary journeys and time wasting, if you are around we suggest you go to the apartment and have a look at the exterior surrounding and if you like the place and vicinity around the location then we can proceed further with the keys to your home address via UPS with 48hours delivery
