The apartment is available to move at any time, heating is central, it is included in the community.
Expenses are included (water, gas, parking place) in the rental price. Expenses that are not included are internet, tv, light.
The procedure is very sensillo to follow.
Here's how the process Airbnb:
- I left the keys with Airbnb, the contract will be done by indefinito time (tempoara is long, it is not holiday).
- I'll need your complete to send the agent with the keys and the rental contract data.
- After receiving your information, I will record the transaction in the Airbnb platform.
- I will send you the link to the floor to make the booking Airbnb platform.
- Then they will give payment details, how and where can confirm the entry of the total. (990 EUR / bail be returned at the end of the contract if everything is in order on the floor).
- After making the payment the company in 3-5 business days it will meet with the agent Airbnb to inspect the floor and inventory.
- You approve the property, sign the contract and move.
- Airbnb send me my money.
If you decide not to rent the apartment, Airbnb will return his money by bank transfer or hand at the same time you refuse the floor.
*** VERY IMPORTANT: If you refuse to rent the apartment, the agent will return you full money when you go to see the floor on hand if you say "I do not like, does not sign the contract" at no extra charge .
