I know now you dont understand me,i dont need your money that why you
going to send the money to you friend in london,this will make me and
my lawyer to know you really ready for viewing,because am i will have
to come for viewing in london.
The protocol is new protocol now if not so i will have like to view
before any transaction but seen i have been haven a problem will so
many people's wanted to rent my flat by not showing up for view at the
end because they always say in ability to rent the flat, and i have
been waiting my time come to london for viewing.
Just notic:After you make the transaction you going to send my a copy
of they receipt for confirming it from my lawyer that it really you
paid and it is through your payment it available in western union
before you receiver will pick-up your money back for you and i will
surely retune you back your transfer charges as soon as will meet for
viewing in london.

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
