I am glad to meet you.
The apartment is available but unfortunately it is not possible to visit it because when I've decided to rent it I was already in Italy .
I would like to rent it trough Airbnb . Please let me tell you how this work .
Airbnb will check the rental documents to see if everything is OK and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys .
After the documents are signed they will send you an email notification .
Together with this notification you will receive the Airbnb payment details in order to send them the money for the first rental month + security deposit .
Once the money are received by Airbnb they will call you and you will meet with their agent to visit the apartment.
You will go and check the apartment and you have 3 days to contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not .
Airbnb will hold the money until you will confirm if you like the apartment or not.
If everything is in order and you want to keep it , Airbnb will release me the money and I will signe the rental contract . After first month , you will pay directly to my bank account .
If you don't like the apartment their agent will return you the money and take the keys from you.
