Its a very nice standard building recently renovated. Access to the apartment is secured by a security code and intercom. Easy access to all typically Parisian touristic spots: Champs Elysées, Tour Eiffel, Department Stores, Notre Dame, Saint Germain, le Marais...Immaculate refurbished apartment with wood floor and decorative fireplace in each room. I'm presently on a working trip in the state United Kingdom and the keys to the apartment is with me here.. The whole apartment cost €1000, if you do not wish to rent the whole apartment and would prefer to share, there is an option for you to take one of the 2 rooms and I will get someone else to occupy the other room.Perhaps, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.Am the direct owner of the apartment and am giving it out at a reasonable price because the apartment has been empty for couple months and i need an urgent occupancy to take care of the it since am still in United Kingdom.The apartment is still available at the moment and it opened to both long and short term lease as long as you want it.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
