Actually I did own and resided in the unit with my wife until my urgent transfer which brought us down to Califronia. My initial plan was to sell the property but I find it difficult to let go this adorable home, I have decided to rent the unit to a responsible adult/family as tenants who will be willing to take very good care of it in our absence, i stopped working with the real estate management because i am no longer selling the unit but renting it to a good and potential tenant. So they have no access into the property anymore and i will be dealing directly with my tenant. Like i said earlier we have moved out already to (California) due to my work transfer.

Utilities included; Heat, A/C in wall, window, cable, Garbage Disposal,Fireplace, Fridge, stove, Dishwasher, Double garage ,Dryer,internet access e.t.c. and all the utilities are included in the monthly rent,as i am in a governmental programmer that sponsors my utilities on monthly basis because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money, but want it to be clean and for you to take it as if it were yours. You can only drive by the property for now to check the outside and the neighborhood, it is available for a long/short term lease. N.B: I want you to know that we never had an intention of renting out the home until we got down here when my wife got sick so we had to rent out the home so we can use the monthly rent as a source of income to carter for my wife and the kids,so should in case we had an intention of renting the home then we would have drop down the keys with someone to handle the rental on our behalf but since we don't then that is why we had to bring the

keys over here,so we will be mailing out the keys to you as soon as we finalize the rental processes OK?

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
