I am looking too find a ready to move-in now and as well open to a short term or longer term subleasing .. my current lease contract expires by December of 2019, and can be reassigned if you wish to stay in the apartment .. Im a traveling Nurse and why am subleasing the unit is because i will be away from New York for more than a year and 3 months.

I will be willing to provide more pictures of the apartment upon request .. what date are you looking for a move-in and how long do you wish to sublease for?
