You will be coming up with an upfront payment of a 4 weeks rent of $1040 and the 2 weeks bond deposit of $520 which makes it a total sum of $1560.Note that the 2 weeks bond deposit is refundable after your lease period in my apartment.As soon as this payment is made,i will be sending you the apartment keys and rental lease agreement documents via Dhl courier service with your names and the address which you provided to me in your application form .Below are the items to be delivered to your doorstep as soon as payment is made.
