I've been notified that you are looking for a property located in Bushel Lane, Ely CB7 5BY. The property has 3 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms , 132m2 , TV, Wi-Fi, 1 parking place and much more. This is one of my private properties and I'm renting it because I currently live and work in Germany as Master Chef. So I'm looking to rent it on long term, at least 2 months and up to 3 years for the moment. There won't be any other fees to be paid by you. So...if you would like to rent this property I would prefer to do it through Airbnb.com as they are the largest rental website in the world and they offer protection both to guests and renters in this type of transactions. For me, as a renter, they offer protection in case something gets damaged in my property and for this reason I don't have a problem to support their fees myself. There won't be any fees for you, I repeat. Also there will be a signed contract of accommodation between us.
Airbnb works very simple and I'm sure you know it since everyone uses Airbnb these days: you transfer the funds to Airbnb and they hold the funds in their account until you check-in and confirm them that you want to stay. 30 days after you check-out they release the funds to my account. In case you don't like the property and you don't want to stay, they will send you a full refund. Hi Amanda, as I already mentioned at this moment I live and work in Germany ( I have a contract for 5 years) and that is why I suggested to handle the transaction safely through Airbnb which is the largest and safest rental website in the world. It's a house with private garden in the back and parking in front.
Ok, so let me explain you the process step by step for a better understanding:
- I will list the property for you on Airbnb for £ 950 per month. The minimum rental contract can be made for at least 2 months and up to 3 years
- You will have to pay 3 months deposit ( £ 2.850 ) to Airbnb in order to confirm your rental. The 3 months deposit covers first 2 months of rent + 1 month security deposit. The security deposit will be entirely refunded to you at the end of your stay
- All the taxes and bills are included in the rental price
- Rental price also includes 1 parking place
- After you complete the payment to Airbnb, your deposit will be held in their secure system until you check-in
- After payment is made you can inspect the property along with someone from the rental agency and if by any chance you don't like it, then you can have a full refund the same day from Airbnb. I assure you that the property is exactly as shown in the pictures that I sent you, it's a luxury property very beautiful and clean. If after the viewing you decide to rent it, you will sign a contract of accommodation with the agent and he will hand you over the keys
- As I already mentioned I work overseas, so a viewing before completing the transaction through Airbnb is not possible, but Airbnb is guaranteeing the transaction between us. In case something gets damaged without your fault, we can discuss and deduct the amount from the rental price, but obvious with bills attached
Before listing the property on Airbnb, I need to know your full name, phone number and the exact date when would you like to move in the apartment and for how long you wish to rent.
