You must make a reservation on AIRBNB.
The price on Airbnb is 69 euros per night, and for the moment I can not change this. But if you rent for long periods (more months or years) AIRBNB will offer you an offer 2.250,00 EURO: 750.00 EURO afitto for a month plus 1500.00 EURO guarantee. The price does not increase for the whole period that stays at home.
You must make a reservation on AIRBNB that accepts online payments such as Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. It can be
easily pay at home with your credit card or by bank transfer.
Once the payment has been received by AIRBNB, I will be obliged to show it in 3 working days
the apartment (I will come in person with the keys of the house and with a representative of AIRBNB). I'll show you
the apartment and we will also sign the rental contract (attached contract).
The deposit remains in the custody of Airbnb until you find an agreement with the apartment, (ie, if for some
reason does not agree to stay and rent it, has the possibility to cancel the transaction and the deposit will come
reimbursed within 2 days).
One last thing: if you do not want to book the apartment through AIRBNB, we will not show you
the apartment, for contractual reasons I have with them.
