Good Evening, to you and how are you doing . I received your email about my property for rent I posted on CL. The house is available for rent and located at (49 Wheaton St, Warren, RI) . A Little About me, I am (JUAREZ ARTURO M.) , I was Transferred Here to Texas 5 months ago to my job after I got promoted as the New General Supervisor in Texas. I am no longer dealing with the Realtor Anymore since he is not being sincere and truthful and also not a straight forward person. He is found of ripping people off which he has done to someone. I need a serious renter who can live there alone or with his or her family. I am Absolutely handling my house business all by myself so Once again please Avoid the realtor because he is not happy I am in charge of my house now so he might want to tell you what to discourage you not to rent the house or.So please you are advice to deal with me alone as the House owner.
The Rent is $1,100.00 Monthly and security deposit is $1,000.00 that makes it a Total Move in cost of $2,100.00. The Monthly rent Covers All the Utilities,such as Water, Electricity,cable and Gas except for internet and Trash you will be responsible for it. $50 Application fee will be charged.
Pets are allowed as long as they are not destructive But pet fee will be charged. Pet fee is $20 Monthly per Pet, Annually that is $240 per pet. Please feel free to go by the house with the above Address and take a look at the house and get back to me so we can proceed with a rental application,Lease Agreement, rent and deposit payment then Keys to the house if you are interested in renting the house.
