I want you to understand that am not renting my property because of money, i have so many peoples that also want the house and more than 8 of them went to check the house today, All i need is the best family that will take care of the property. i look forward to making all this work out and as i have explained there are few process before sending the keys out to you.
1. Firstly you will have to fill out the application form
2. All information on the application form will be processed and background check will be conducted , if approved(or not) then you will be contacted 4hours (or less) after submission
3.If approved , a scan copy of the signed lease agreement will be sent to your email , which you will review
4.You will then make the first month rent , last month rent and the security deposit to the bank and email me a copy of the deposit receipt for payment confirmation.
5.Once payment has been confirmed, keys will be sent to the address that you left on the application form along with the hardcopy of the lease agreement .
6.The hardcopy of the lease agreement will be signed ,scan and emailed back to me .
Important Notice, Upon approval, you will have 24 hours to review the lease and make total payment so keys can be sent out overnight to your address and deliver before 4pm the next day.
If after getting the keys and you gain access to the house and you don’t like it anymore then all deposit including the rent will be sent back to you without any delay as soon as you send the keys and the lease agreement back to me .
It is important to know that payment must be made and confirmed before the keys and lease are sent out because someone got the keys and lease without payment and after checking the house out and was moving her property in the house without making any payment taking advantage of the fact that i am not available and also because the lease agreement has been signed , so please understand i am not ready to go through such anymore. so this is strictly how i want it done .
