Hello Dear,Thanks in the prompt in reply ,
Do you have references in London ?

1. it has been observed thats some tenants do not have the money to pay the rent and yet they keep disturbing the the landlord to arrange
a viewing with their friend or relative .i hope you re not one of them .2. Also some do not meet up with the viewing appointments which has led to the dismissal of some landlords in office by there employees. Therefore, effort has been made by the landlord association that a willing and serious tenants should be able to make transfer of the security deposit to a friends or relative name which a confirmation will be made on the transfer done to check if he or she is capable of paying the rent before arranging for a viewing or to retain the flat till your arrival and also stop other people from viewing the flat..

I'm not asking you to send or transfer the money to me, just get the transfer done to any of your family or friend in the UK ( London ). Like i said before, this is a procedure given to us by the Landlord Association due to past/bad experiences with the other landlords and We've been warned not to take a bank statement or personal information from anyone, there is also a fine of 5000pounds if we don't go through the rules and regulations..all you need to do

Locate the nearest money gram shop around you. 2.Pick up the form of transfer and fill in the details which needs to be filled and return back to the post master.Details needed on the form are {sender name;your name and address.}{receiver name and address} 3.Return back to the post master with the cash you are transferring to your partner or friend and wait for the receipt to be returned back to you. 4.Scan the receipt to me and give me a call so my lawyer can check it if its truly genuine and available in your friend's custody this will just take less than 20 mins to confirm from the website. 5.After it has been confirmed on the website, then we can proceed for the viewing.
Get back to me asap and let me know when you get the transfer done, because it seems you are serious in renting the apartment, if you can get the transfer done today morning we can arrange for the viewing in the evening at 5pm after my work

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
