My asking price is 500 per month , Bills are included in rent + 3 weeks of rent as deposit . A total of 900 secures it all.

We are offering 2 Double rooms ,It comes fully furnished, (suitable for students)/Friends or couples. The room is in good size bedroom with new mattress, carpets, one large wardrobe, quite a lot of storage and central heating and airy with large windows and is cosy and welcoming.

The apartment is very clean and I want to rent it to someone who will be careful and thoughtful.

Just to mention few, it includes:

Central Heating, Refrigerator, Ironing Board, Good wireless internet Connection, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Television with Built-in DVD Player, Coffee Maker, Double Sofabed in Sitting Room, Dining Area, Hairdryer, Internet connection, phone, washing machine with dryer, cable TV and most important a parking place.

I am working in Ireland and I am here with my family. For viewing the best would be to reach an agreement and fix a date when I came back.

As being very busy with my work, time is very important for me, in conclusion no free time to waste. Before my Husband and i come down I would like to be certain about your rent intentions.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact the Trust Agency and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away. You will receive a notification from them shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow and the invoice as well.This is in other to prevent fraud. The bills are included in the rent.

Regarding the payment, you will be instructed to deposit the money into the Trust Agent Account. They will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want take it or not. That is how their protection policy works. As far as my concerns, I will be glad to know that Trust Rental Properties Services has the possession of the money during the delivery period. That is my insurance.

As soon as the funds have been deposited into their account, they will immediately start the shipping process.The keys and rental contract will be delivered at your address in no more than 24hrs. You will be given a day inspection period from the day you receive the keys and contract at home. If you decide to hold the apartment, then you will have to authorize The Trust Team to release the funds to me, and the transaction will be completed. If you will not be satisfied with the apartment, you will be able to send the keys and contract back through the same service and ask The Trust Team to return the deposit to you.

Though I am sure you will love the apartment, it is good to know that you do have this second option available. If you wish to proceed with the renting, please provide me your full name, address and phone number so I can initiate the deal through The Trust Rental Services right away. Your total cost is 900 Euros. .
