Once booking is confirmed you will get the tenancy agreement which we will sign when we meet to give you the keys.
As soon as you'll make the payment, it will take max 3 days in order to airbnb confirm your payment and reservation. Once they done it, your friend can check the apartment. Nobody will leave there until you will check in.
If you don't like it, the agent will refund all your money back. If you take it, and then leave, it will be great to announce me 2 weeks before. At the moment when you'll leave, i will refund you your safety deposit back.
