Its a very nice standard building recently renovated. Immaculate refurbished apartment with wood floor and decorative fireplace in sitting room. The view from the apartment is unbeatable with an unobstructed view of the Tower from 2bedrooms and the kitchen.The apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and lounge/dining room. The sleeping area consists of one double bed. The living room area consists on a table allowing to accommodate up to 5 guests and a lounge with a beautiful sofa, coffee table and a nice decorative fireplace. The bathrooms, very modern has a separate shower and bathtub. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a small eat-in space. To conclude, it is a beautiful apartment in a conducive environment, I'm presently on a working trip in the United Kingdom, I am an x-ray welder under ship building, I have been working with Nassco ship building here in united Kingdom for months, you can view site at
http://www.nassco.com ,I left Tokyo with hope that I will be coming back in a month time, but right now the company have ask me to stay for 3yrs under contract with them, that is why I have made up my mind to put up my house for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it, the keys to the apartment is with me here.. The whole apartment cost SGD2200, if you do not wish to rent the whole apartment and would prefer to share, there is an option for you to take one of the 2 rooms and I will get someone else to occupy the other room.Perhaps, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.Am the direct owner of the apartment and am giving it out at a reasonable price because the apartment has been empty for couple months
I need an urgent occupancy to take care of the it since am still in United Kingdom.The apartment is still available at the moment and it opened to both long and short term lease as long as you want it. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
