I got this email from Nuria. It is clear that he/she has used this name before. See the full copy of their email below. Be warned.

Hello,

Nice to see you're interested. You need to know that I rented the apartment through Airbnb in the past and I'm happy for services rendered. Everything is as safe as possible and the apartment can be seen only in the presence of realtor.

I enclose below the rental process
- As an owner, I send the details of our lease, copies of proof of ownership and identity cards to Airbnb for verification;
- After passing the verification and after Airbnb accept our agreement, payment information (1 month rent + deposit) you will be sent to you by email, to be completed;
- Once confirmed the operation and made full payment, a real estate agent will be there for you to show you the apartment and conclude the contract; At the same ceremony, the handover will take place.
- If for some reason you refuse to rent the apartment, the booking amount will be refunded by bank transfer, so you can rent another.

Then you shall gather on the floor with employee Airbnb who will explain the functioning of all appliances and facilities, will resolve any doubts you may arise and take reading desuministros meters (water, electricity and gas).
