I want to apologize for the late answer but I had a busy day and I could not reply you earlier! My name is Marlene Joergensen, I have 41 years and I have available the apartment located in:Ørestad, C. F. Møllers Allé, 2300 København.It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and have 95 m2.
I'm looking for someone to live in it, as soon as possible because my company has won the auction for a project, in construction for a building that will rise up in Manchester/United Kingdom.I'm a civil engineer, so my accommodation period here will be about 6-10 years.The renting period is from min. 1 month up to 10 years.As a result of this I want to rent for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment.I'm the owner of the apartment and it is fully equipped and fully furnished, just like in the photos.
The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs).The rent for 1 month is DKK 3.900 (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, A/C, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator).You can move in the apartment in the same day when you receive the keys and contract.The only problem is that I'm the only person who has the keys and now I live in Manchester with my family but I have a solution for resolve this problem, don't worry.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and contract to check it and see if you like it! The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, I hope it will be no problem for you.In order of that, as I told you, I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well.
The solution is provided by a company called UPS service, they handles rentals for people who are unable to resolve them alone (for people who have work contracts abroad, etc.), which will handle the payment and delivery of the Keys and I will pay for their services.I have received a lot of e-mail so I would like to know more details about you...your age, what's your occupation, this just to know us better, it is very important for me to know who will live in my apartment.
I think you can understand me...and finally I don't solicit deposit month!

I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen.You will only have to deposit to UPS Agent the money for rent 1 month (DKK 3.900), so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract at your home.Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away.I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
- To start this transaction I will need the your name and address to proceed with the transaction and after that, I go to the UPS office and leave the Keys and contract in your name as the intended receiver.
- UPS will check the envelope to see if everything is in order and send you a payment invoice to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody.
- After you will receive the payment invoice from UPS company, you need to go to make the first payment to name and address of UPS Agent.
- After the payment is made, you will receive the keys and contract in same day at your home.After you can go with UPS Agent to check the apartment and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not.If you don't like the apartment they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and contract to return the package back to me on my expense.
If you agree then I must have all the shipping details so I will be able to make all the arrangements with UPS.
