I got 3 e-mail from him and I got phone call. He requested I pay 1000$ and I refuse this moment. Then he said he will contact to me tomorrow morning by phone and e-mail. My feel is very scary... what can I do...also I got 3document....

Good to hear from you again.You are There is no problem reserving the property for you and your kids. I'm flexible with your duration of stay in the property.We can schedule a viewing on Friday at 5 pm but I just received an email now from two other candidate whom are also showing interest to rent the property and I will only deal on first come first serve basis!.. Though you are the very first person to contact me about the property so I will suggest to you maybe you have the property secure now by making a down payment (security deposit $1000) pending our meeting and i can as well send you the keys to any address you give me in other to reserve and rent the property for nobody but you and the first month rent will be paid after viewing and signing of contract only if the property is ideal by you after the viewing as it's as exact the pictures I sent to you!. Please note the deposit is refundable if the property is not okay by you.I have attached the copy of my rental agreement contract form to acknowledge. Looking forward to hear from you.

Good to read from you again.It is preferable you make a deposit now via interac if not I will not be able to meet you for a viewing on Friday and you are not permitted to go near my property.I'm on an international conference right at the moment and if you are not comfortable with the rental agreement and all other documents I have sent you i will advice you to withdraw..I am not forcing you and its not must that you rent my property.I'm a man of respect and dignity and I'm not in way comfortable with all this..I have nothing to do with your money. I own my property and I have worked so hard to earn it.I have a lot to take care here. Hope you proceed with the payment if you are really interested.No worries
