The flat is still available and is located in a very good environment and comes with a very good price 300GBP per bedroom all bills included (gas, water, electricity, council tax, unlimited internet). The refundable security deposit is 500GBP. I just need you to know a couple of things about me and the flat. My name is Faith Almond, I work with an engineering company in Liverpool so I and my family we have relocated to Liverpool. I am not planning to sell the flat so I decided to let it out to someone who will take good care of the flat for me. I need to know a little about you and maybe a scanned copy of your ID. I attached a couple of pictures of the flat to this email, let me know iif you find the flat with interest so that I can proceed with my terms. I dont need not just anybody but somebody that will take very good care of my property, if you take a good look at the price you'll see it so cheap.

Hi
Thanks for your prompt reply, I have a lot of people showing interest in this my wonderful flat, but my major concern about the apartment is that I need someone who will take good care of my property for me as I personally don't live there. I work and live in Liverpool If you take a very good look at the price, its a very good one and most of the rent goes to the bills. What I'm after is the safety and care of my property not the rental fee. I have came across different type of prospective tenants. I will like to know if you seriously need the apartment and if you are financially okay to pay for it. Lot of people are interested in the flat and some have wasted my time in the past before and now I need no time wasters. I will need you to proof you are me you have the rent and deposit.
Please I will also like to ask you some question below and I will be glad if you can answer me with sincerity.
I do take my time to get good and responsible tenants for my flat. I don't know if you truly have the money to finance the apartment, but to be sure you do, I want you to show a proof that you have at least the first month rent and the refundable security deposit (£300+£500 = £800) with you. I won't like you showing me the statement of your account because I don't believe in that as a good proof and it is also meant to be a private document. So I think the best way to do that will be through western union for me to be satisfied and also to protect your privacy. Meaning one of your friend/partner will be the sender and you will be the receiver of the money in London. Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking you to send me the money, All I need is a scanned receipt showing you sending or receiving a minimum of £800 through western union which I will confirm and if its real, I can be sure you are serious and capable to rent the flat in cash and nothing more! To protect you is the reason I asked you to have the money sent to yourself as it can only be cashed by the receiver with a valid driver's id or international passport. All I need is just for me to be sure you really have the money with you before I come over.
If you have anything else you will like to ask, let me know. But due to past experience I am NOT willing to come down to London without any assurance of fund. Another reason for these measure is that, I had a bitter experience recently in the hands of one so-called interested couple who made me fly down from Liverpool claiming they were interested in my property and on getting to London,I waited for them at the meeting spot and the idiots ended up wasting my precious time and money coming to London only for him to call me later on that he was sorry and that he will not be able to rent my flat anymore because the person he was expecting money from disappointed him and he doesn't have access to the money in his account until a specific period! So I have resolved that anybody interested in my flat must show signs of seriousness, readiness and capability. so when you arrive in London you will be the same one to pick up your money since your name will be the receiver's name, as soon as you view my flat and if you love it (which I am very sure you will) we can go to a nearby western union outlet and you pick the money and you pay me in cash so we proceed to signing all necessary documents. I am also aware there is a small fee for the western union money transfer charges. I promise to refund that also to you when you arrive in London so let me know how much the transfer charges will be. The flat is so cheap (300per month) so i dont expect you to have any problem having the fund or providing proof that you do. Note that the security and damage deposit is refundable after the 5th week you move into my flat and there are no damages. I wont like to waste your time nor mine that's why I have to let you know all these my terms. Let me have response to those questions and the flat is available for rent long term or short term.
Eagerly await your reply back.
Thanks,
N B: All I need is the proof that you have the money. When sending don't tell the western union agent you are sending it for an apartment, else you will be charge an extra fee for the transfer which is more than double the normal fee and it will take up to 2hour to process the transaction.
This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union and they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
