The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs).The rent for 1 month is SEK 4.700 (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, A/C, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator).You can move in the apartment in the same day when you receive the keys and contract.The only problem is that I'm the only person who has the keys and now I live in Manchester with my family but I have a solution for resolve this problem, don't worry.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the keys and contract to check it and see if you like it! The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, I hope it will be no problem for you.In order of that, as I told you, I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well.
The solution is provided by a company called UPS service, they handles rentals for people who are unable to resolve them alone (for people who have work contracts abroad, etc.), which will handle the payment and delivery of the Keys and I will pay for their services.I have received a lot of e-mail so I would like to know more details about you...your age, what's your occupation, this just to know us better, it is very important for me to know who will live in my apartment.
I think you can understand me...and finally I don't solicit deposit month!
