I am the owner of the house you saw on craigslist and also want you to know that it was due to my transfer that makes i and my wife to leave the house and also want to give it out for rent and looking for a responsible person that can take very good care of the house.
Well i must let you know that the house is in order.I have really decided to give out the house as a result of my transfer to West Africa. In my Church place I try to look for a reliable agent that i can give the document and the keys of my house before i left,but i could not see, that is why i took the items along with me to West Africa.I myself don't want my house to be miss-used in my absent that is why i took it along with me.
I and my wife are currently in West Africa for MISSIONARY WORK and we will be away for 5years, so i hope you will promise to take very good care of the house.
The house rent is $1000 and I'm giving you the first month rent free.You will have to make a security deposit fee of $700. Here is the address of my house 3742 Old Pali Road #E, Honolulu HI 96817( Nuuanu - Punchbowl).You can go and take good look at the exterior part of my house.
NOTE: Viewing the interior part of my house will be when you get the keys because the keys and document are here with me in West Africa.Once i receive the security fee,i am personally going to send you the keys and document of my house to the address that will be provided by you via courier service company(FedEx).Then you can have access to view the interior part of my house.
