Hello,

Thanks for your reply. As I mentioned, HomeAway will manage the rental process in my name. You can also protect your apartment now and move when ending your current lease or when you want to.

The first step (opening):

I'll have to contact the agency HomeAway and provide them all the necessary information so that they can begin the process of hiring. I need your full name, rental period, how many people lived there, your e-mail address, telephone number and a copy of your identity card or passport, that we can begin the process of renting.

The second step (reservation):

HomeAway will be prompted only the first rent (€ 400.00 - which is also the first month rental) to confirm the reservation (which is fully refunded in the event that the apartment did not like). When you confirm the booking, I immediately booked the next flight to Ljubljana, to be able to meet and sign a lease agreement.

If you rush to move, you can send the keys via UPS your current address. It goes without saying that I will not booked a flight or send any key before you pay the first month of HomeAway and confirm the reservation.
In case you need to leave early, require prior notice of 30 days.
If you are satisfied with the apartment, you only need to sign the lease agreement. When you move, the monthly payment sent directly to my bank account, or you can proceed with the payment via HomeAway.

If you find it acceptable, please send me the required details (first step) and I submitted your application immediately. Reservation confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address, and from there you can take.

Very important !! Please respond only if you fully understand the process, I was recently disappointed by rogue parties when it comes to booking. Do not forget that I have to pay a fee for the transaction and only in case you change your mind, I will not receive reimbursement from them.

With poważaniem / Greetings / Best Regards

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
