I’m currently in United Kingdom on a missionary work of God......Pls i want you to note that,i am a good christian man and do not like any thing against the will of God..I spent a lot on my property so i will like you to keep it clean all the time,so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of the apartment if you are to rent my apartment and also i want you to know that the rent fee is not my problem because i will want you to keep the apartment tidy when you move in so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come pay you a visit.

My apartment is located at: (376 Watson Street, Monterey CA 93940) and close to excellent schools. Conveniently located with nearby shopping centers, hospitals, free ways and public transportation.

Take Note:You can only drive by and see the apartment from the outside and if you are really interested in renting my apartment get back to me with the application form filled so that i can make out all arrangement for you to rent my apartment and also send you full pictures of the inside of the apartment for you to have a proper view of the inside.I would have really love to send the keys and document to someone in the United State but i don't have anybody there right now due to we are missionaries and we have not stay long in the city before we had to move to United Kingdom for our final missionary work which we will staying for long before we come back to the apartment.

The rental scammer above promises to send the keys to the victim using a courier service after payment.
If the payment is made, the money will be lost. There are no keys and no property.
