The apartment offers a spacious living area with a light and airy lounge/diner (with large wooden dining table and 8 leather seats, 28" tv, and Habitat leather sofas (well known Days Forum range). The kitchen is large and has lots of storage. All appliances are fully integrated.Includes gas cooker, fan, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. The double bedroom is also large and is nicely located so that there is no noise at all from outside. The bathroom is also very modern and large and includes a bath with shower facility.Available furnished.

The rate is very attractive and there is a special rate for long term stay...the monthly Rent is £600 per month bringing the total rent per month to £600 per month, and the monthly rent is included with all bills and (council tax,gas, water, electricity,...)
However, I collect £600 refundable security deposit which will be given back to you if unutilized, the purpose of the security deposit is to secure the flat for you and also incase of any damages done by you in the flat, it will be used to do the repairs, otherwise it will be returned to you when leaving. I collect this security deposit with one months rent in advance before move in, the security deposit can be used to pay for your last months rent if unutilized...

I understand every bit of what you have said and i am 100% willing to let the apartment to you and also ready to book it for you only if you can assure me there wont be any disappointment.
I was discussing with my colleague about the idea on how i will be so sure that i will not be disappointed and to avoid time wasters.She advised that we can work out something via Western Union.
All i want to know is how sure you will pay me the money if intend to rent the room and just an evidence that you have the money because i need a surety that my tenant will pay me the rent or deposit.
She adviced that you can visit any Western Union outlet by sending the rent or deposit in your friend or partners name to your name as the receiver in London Via Western Union which you would cash immediately you arrive. The relevance of this transfer is to show that you have the agreed rent or deposit at your disposal to cash once you arrive which will give me the reliance that you are coming over.
The transfer charges would be refunded to you when we meet at the point of viewing whether you decide to take the property or not.It is what i can afford to loose for a trust.After viewing, if you are satisfied with the flat, then we would both go to the nearest WU outlet, you will collect the money out and pay me in cash in exchange for the keys to the property and all other documents signed.
NOTE- No monies would be sent to me, it would be made between you and any of your friend or partner to your own name in London as the receiver,i just need the transfer as a proof.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
