I got your email from Craiglist.com and Regarding Two bedrooms available and I offer two bedrooms available.your interest and i'll be glad to give more details of the flat The bedrooms:However,i'll like to know a little about you in other for me to know if we can be able to work things out as a flat..A little bit about myself,I work as a facilitator and i love music so much and hanging out with friends but my work don't give me more chance in doing that except some years and the rent is EUR400 and EUR500 for the refundable security deposit and the monthly rent is included with all bills and (council tax,gas, water, electricity,....) I am presently in seminar which will last for sometimes and I have been very busy ,I so much appreciate.

The each rooms is available from Aprils 2011 so once we have get concluded i will be able to reserve it till when moving in,A large two double bedroom apartment situated close to all amenities (Paris) set on the second floor.The flat has been recently refurbished and has new wooden floors throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted (new). Other features include: 1/ Fully tiled bathroom with power shower. 2/ Fully fitted kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven/hob and microwave. Available fully Furnished..... If you are willing to proceed,I'll be sending to you a rental agreement form to see what next to do.. short term and long term.Thanks while waiting to read from you.

Thanks for your switch reply.I understand all your point concerning the weather and am sure that you are going to find... interesting.I have check on your site and i found it very interesting cos it;s looks pretty nice. I am presently in London for a seminar which will last for sometimes and I have been very busy ,I so much appreciate your interest in my room.The two bedroom apartment is available for rent.am the landlord as well.am willing to rent out the two bedroom out.


So if you are willing to proceed,you will need to get back to me with your full name, and address in other to make the rental agreement form so that you can go through the terms and conditions and once you are okay with that then you will need to proceed to the payment so once i confirm the payment i'll reserve the room for you till when moving in and send you the signed rental agreement form along with the payment receipt that will indicate that we are in contract and you will need to bring it along when coming for moving in.Hope you understand and don't hesitate to ask if you have more question.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member (see below).

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
