Thanks for the reply, I have been busy taking care of my husband whom
had been sick for days now. Presently I am in St Mary's Hospital
(United Kingdom) to visit my husband. This is one of the reason I want
to lease my apartment out, but just two rooms because I live in the
third room and I would be coming down to Australia as soon as my
husband is back on his feet .

You can go take a look at the apartment from outside and let me know
if you're ready to rent my apartment. All I can do is make arrangement
for the documents through my solicitor because I have my keys here
with me and as soon as my solicitor is able to complete the necessary
documentation, He will inform me and I will send the keys to you via
courier post next day delivery and you can move in as soon as you
want.

I dont know how often you check your email but if you're willing to
secure my place from what I have told you above. I would need these
information below to prepare the lease agreement for you.


Name in full, Contact address, Phone number, Occupation, Age, Sex,
Preferable Move in Date, Marital status and Total Period of rent/Stay.


I would need you to give me the information required which I listed
above, so that I can forward them to my lawyer to prepare your lease
document and email them to you as soon as possible. I will make
available scan copy of my passport too and send them to you as soon as
you're willing to rent my place.

i received a reply lookng fora share appartment in Canberra, the SAME ADVERT mentioning Maria Lopez, i asked for the solicitors name and was given brian johnstons name the only difference was the email address to reply to is [email protected] not [email protected]

When the script has changed it is good to have it here also. Therefore other people receiving it can find this thread when searching.

I cannot believe this is a huge scam, there is also one with all of the same details and emails on this one has a passport and hoto and her name is Maria Domenica. DO NOT SEND DETAILS OR MONEY.

I have already forwarded them to my solicitor (Brian Johnston and his email is [email protected]) to prepare a lease agreement document so you can sign them. He promised to send them as soon as possible and immediately I get them, I will sign my part and forward it to you so that you can sign your part too.

As soon as you are able to complete the documents, my solicitor will inform me and you can proceed to payment and immediately I'm able to confirm your payment, I will get back to you with my reference details to pick up the keys and you can move in at your own convenient time.

I will get back to you immediately I get the lease agreement document from my solicitor. Till then, take a good care of yourself.

this person is also trying to rent a place in Canberra civic under Bertha Meredith. she offered a place for 500$ a month and got me to sign a lease but luckily I found out before I sent her the 1000$. She told me the story about how she was in the UK looking after her sick husband and that I could look at the apartment from the outside but she couldn't send the keys over until her lawyer, Brian Johnston, had confirmed that I had also paid him a fee.

the email address she used for this one was [email protected].
