Hello,

Thanks for your mail, and It's really nice to know that you are interested in my room.

The fact is that the room is still available, but you have to book it in advance... fast on time, because there are other people contacting me about the room, However, i am contacting to see if we could have a deal, depending on your seriousness as regard having the room reserved for you, because i have come
across so many unserious people who only like wasting other peoples
time and i hope you quite understand my worries? and if you are truly interested in renting the room you will have to book for it in advance, by transferring the rent (first month rent and the security deposit) to Our family lawyer via Western Union Money Transfer. Meanwhile, before you can transfer the payment to our family lawyer, there are procedures which we have to follow: Our family lawyer will have to prepare a Tenancy/Contract Agreement Form.

After our family lawyer might have prepare the Agreement Form, i will
have to send a copy to you via attached file to your e-mail address
and mail a copy to your postal address where you currently live as well, which you will have to read and understand and if you eventually agree with the content of the contract, you will have to print it out and sign it and come with a copy on your move-in date.

I will like to have the following information that will enable our
family lawyer prepare the tenancy Agreement Form:

1. Your moving-in and moving-out date.
2. Your current home address.(The purpose of the address is to enable me send
a copy of the Agreement form to you, which you will have to bring
along on your move-in date)
3. A scanned copy of your passport or id card.

Attached is the pictures of the house,

I will be waiting to read from you soon.

Cynthia.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
