Does a complete new build from sub-pavement on up count as 'gut renovated'? :roll:

Hello ,

I am sorry if I responded this late but I've got aprox. 160 emails for this place .
The place was gut renovated 1 month ago and the pics were taken 2 weeks ago .I own the place no corporation or agencies involved .Most of my time I am on business and I wanted someone to take care of the apt .Right now I am on a trip in United Kingdom and will be back in aprox. 6 days .

As I am almost always on the road with business, I do not live there anymore so I decided to rent it.My main concern is to have the apartment housed and well taken care of, while I am away. I will need a clean and responsible tenant so references would be great. If you can email them, I will appreciate it.

You can rent it for up to 5 years, possibly longer.
The move-in date can be anytime.

I tried to include in this email all possible information about the apartment, including pics(see attached files).
