Like l said earlier on,we both resided in my house before he traveled to West Africa,so we both agreed to rent my house to somebody that will take utmost care of it,as if it were his/ her own.Due my past experience with Realtor and tenant l want to be very careful with whom we accept as my new tenant this time.To be honest with you,l have been receiving a whole lot of response regarding my house,but l am not sure of who to accept,because of the horrible experience l had with my last tenant,l am really taking my time to look for a responsible person that we can trust in.

Since l will not be available to show you my house due to my present location,and my cousin that would have been able to do that for me on my behalf,has also traveled on a job transfer.You can only pass by and see how my house looks like from outside but you must be careful with the way you patrol,in order to avoid been harassed by the neighborhood security.As for me,l think it will be perfect to have the keys/paperwork in hand before going to check our house.
l know he will definitely fall in love with my house by the time you move in,because it is exactly what it looks like in the pictures that l sent you. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
