Good to hear back from you and I'm really satisfied with the content of the form.I can see your willingness
in this rent and i shall be giving you the apartment for rent,pls again take care of the apartment as you have
promised.
However,if you are ready to rent the apartment now,then that will not be a problem.The rent fee is $600
and security deposit $350.Also I will be sending the contents of the document below to you via DHL
Courier Service to the address you sent to me and the tracking number will be sent to you for you to know
when the package will be delivered to your door step.Pls once again,i am giving you this on trust that you
will take good care of the apartment and do not dissappoint me and i promise you that,you will love the
apartment.
As said previously,you can pay the first month and last month rent (plus security deposit) which is
$1550.However,to make a fair deal,you can pay half of this amount which is $775 and after you have
receive the keys and document of the apartment,you make the final payment.It is also part of the month
rent fee that will be used in paying the DHL Courier Service in shipping the package to the address you
gave me.I am doing this based on trust i have in you that you will take good care of the apartment.
So i am with the below document here with me and i will be shipping them to you via DHL
Here are the contents of the document.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)Paper/Permanent apartment form(Containing your reference details)
3)The apartment documentary file.
4)Payment Receipt.
5)Full address and description of the apartment.
So kindly get back to me so that I can get back to you with the payment information in making the payment
when you are ready to receive the keys.The payment will be made via Money Gram/Western Union for
now.I await your swift reply.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
