It’s indeed a lovely and comfortable home and available to move in as soon as possible, i pray that May the Peace of the almighty Lord be with you for considering my home.

Fees needed to move in:

APARTMENT FEATURES:

I would like you to know that i am giving this lovely apartment out to you because i have just been appointed by the United States of America Government as the head of ANTI-TERRORIST monitoring squad (Zone D), and i have been posted to West Africa for special duty in international airport so as to search and monitor every one traveling to the United States of America to avoid another terrorist attack. My appointment will last for 4 years before rounding up the program.

I will need this information because my family and i won’t be moving back to the apartment whenever we're back, there is no Registration fee. The Security Deposit would be needed as a Security Bond in order for the keys and paperwork along side with Lease Contract agreement to be sent to you. Electric Bills and water bills have been paid for, so i would also need to send the receipts to you, would in case it would be needed.

I would like you to know that you are free to contact me at any time. After i receive these details, i would get back to you soonest and then let you know my terms.

Feel free to contact me on my direct phone Number: 011-234-802-699-0674 or +234-802-699-0674

I hope to hear from you soonest.

Thanks
Mr. & Mrs. Vincent Jones

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
