The kitchen area is just off the living space and comes complete with a gas cooker. There is a separate utility and storage area just off the entrance hall with freezer and dryer. The bedroom is a very spacious and bright with fitted wood floor and built in wardrobes space. The main bathroom is fully tied and comes complete with a full white bathroom suite. The property has gas central heating and double glazed windows. This apartment is ideally suited to a professional or Student seeking close proximity to the city centre and is well worth viewing.

About me:
My name is Guy dufaux, I am a professional. I am British citizen who has been working with Bracegradelyn Civil engineer company in Zürich,(Zürich) since 2007. We are embarking on a trip to North London to execute Queen Swit Ring Estate contract which could last us up to a year or more. I just need someone (Students or Anybody working in a reputable organisation to rent the apartment) with an open heart,love and clean to occupy it and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the house, Since i am not residing there for now. I left behind some Facilities and electonics and a sony DVD player, air conditioning,alarm system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a refrigerator-freezer, four-hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, My Computer Connected with Internet Access Also the keys to the Apt are right here with me, and the lease document. Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue, but your absolute maintenance of my apartment, because that is the only valuable property I have, and it also took me so much time and money to put all those facilities in place.
