I am SOPHIE ALINE SANTRAIN from Amsterdam, i was just posted to Leyton branch (UK). so that was why i want to rent out my apartment in here is the address: Burgemeester Cramergracht 168, 1064AM,Amsterdam, Netherlands..
The +/- 105 m2 completely furnished property has 3 bedrooms and features:

- Sitting Room - 3 Seated Sofa, 2 arm chairs, TV
- Main Bathroom - Bath, Power Shower, Washing Machine and Dryer
- Separate Guest Toilet
- Bedroom - King Size Bed, Large Wardrobe Storage
- Sheltered Balcony
- Off Street Bike Storage
- There is connection to internet via wireless and LAN and also
Broadband as well for your computing purpose, so you can come with
your laptop or desktop if you have one.
Price:
I have two rooms for rent. Each room is for EUR250, monthly utilities
charges of EUR50 = EUR300 and a security deposit of EUR400
Therefore:
Rent per month.........EUR300 incl.
per week................EUR75 incl.
Security deposit........EUR400
I will prefer 1 month rent (300 euros) + 400 euros deposit in order to
reserve the room for you which is renewable 2weeks prior to the rent expiration.
NB:
I wont be around for viewing and that is why i will send you pics to
enable you decide if you will be renting it or not. Here are some pics
and hope you will like them. Before you can be assured of getting the
room, you must make a month rent and deposit payment in advance so
that the rooms will be reserved for you.
However if you are satisfy with this conditions get back to me as soon
as possible.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I am so glad reading back from you knowing we shall soon finish the
renting protocols with me affirm you as my flatmate.
Rent amount:
However the rent again per month is 250Euros + utilities of 50Euros =
300Euros is to be paid just once at the beginning of every month and a
security deposit 400Euros, which is refundable at the end of your stay
in the room. The 400Euros which Will be refunded to you is for a
security deposit and it has to be refunded back at the end of your
stay and i believe you will not destroy anything in your room. The
total amount for you to pay as a first timer is 700Euros, whereby
400Euros is refundable to you if at the end of your stay if nothing
was destroyed as agreed in the room by either your or any of your
invited guests. Like I also told you, there are only two rooms vacant
for rent in my flat where we shall share only the living room, the
kitchen, while you have your private entrance, room, bathroom and
toilet. There is no problem reserving a room for you provided you can
comply with these procedures/terms of transaction and show some
commitment by paying a deposit and first month rent which include
utilities, so you don't need to pay any bills again.

Meanwhile, transport is not a problem at all and also close to the
post office,cinemas,groceries,central market and bakeries as well.
I am sorry, i cannot afford to send to you the contract documents now
because i need to confirm your full interest in my room and if you can
abide by the stipulated terms, so if after showing your full interest
in my room, then we can continue with the contract.
Terms and Conditions:
1.You need to read and understand and sign an agreement form that will
guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.
2..The deposit and the first month rent has to be paid to myself
through money-gram/western union money transfer in London or by bank transfer to
my family lawyers account, whichever one is most suitable and
preferred by you.
To prepare the contract,please get back to me with the requested details below:
Contract Preparation I will like you to send me the following details:
- Your full name
- Your move in & move out dates
- Current address where you shall receive your original copies of the
documents and receipt.
- A scanned copy of your identity for verification of identity
