Hello

My asking price is 350 Euro per month. ( 350 Euro ). Find attach pics.

The house it self was built in 2000, I bought the apartment in 2005, but i have moved to Ireland with my Family for work. The apartment has been empty for a while now because i had some recent renovations on it, If you rent it, you don't need further renovations. My wife and i have decided to rent this apartment since we have other properties as well. The apartment is located at Rue des Colonels Renard - 75017, Paris

There is an elevator, the apartment is on the first floor, which means you can simple make use of the stairs. The surrounding is very safe, Few minutes walk to local shops, and grocery stores, bus stops and stations are 7 minutes walk away.

We are offering a 2 bedroom apartment for rent. It consist of a living room,2 Double rooms,Central Heating, Refrigerator, Ironing Board, Good wireless internet Connection, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Television with Built-in DVD Player, Coffee Maker, Double Sofabed in Sitting Room, Dining Area, Hairdryer, Internet connection, phone, washing machine with dryer, cable TV and most important a parking place. The apartment is in good size bedroom with new mattress, one large wardrobe, quite a lot of storage and central heating and airy with large windows and is cosy and welcoming.

The rooms in the apartment are in good size of about 20sqm each. The location of the apartment is just perfect.

I am working in Ireland and I am here with my family. For viewing the best would be to reach an agreement and fix a date when I come back.

As being very busy with my work, time is very important for me, in conclusion no free time to waste. Before my wife and i come down I would like you to be certain about your intentions.

I will like to have your phone number in case we need to call you to talk to you.

Waiting for your response

Thanks

Scott David

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
