SECURITY FEE = $200 fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection at check-out. So all you have to do to tehhold the Condo is to pay a 50% of the total rental fee, plus the Refundable Security Fee which is $200, which will be given back to you on the day you departing f rom the Condo.

All you have to do to hold the Condo is to pay a 50% of the total rental fee, plus the Refundable Security Fee which is $200.which will be given back to you on the day you departing from the Condo is to be sent directly via money gram/western union and paypal to the owner of the property, she accept this mode of payment for now because, there is a rush on the Condo for now and she can quickly confirm your payment and will issue you a receipt for your first payment with her signature on it and i will get you the receipt and keys of the Condo,reply me if you are ready to book with us so i could send you our Booking and Agreement form,we also pick up our cus tomers from the Airport and that attract no extra fee,it is just a way of welcoming our customers but its optional.Get back to me as soon as possible.Thanks

This person asks that you pay a deposit in order to secure the property.
This deposit is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I would like to tell you that we only accept Money Gram, Western Union and PayPal, but due to charges the company is charging us and some debt on the account, we only accept Western Union Money Gram for now to USA am sorry for the inconvenient, and you can use your credit or debit card to make the payment online at western union online, fill the form and return it to me so i can book it in our database for the chosen date, reply m e. Asap. thanks

This exact person ALMOST scammed us as well!!!! She needs to be caught so other innocent people are not stolen from!!!!
