I am happy that to you are interested in my Apartment.Thanks for your
email and it is my gladness to hear from you...Before we proceed i
will you to provide me with the answers to the following questions i
will be asking you....This are the questions...

1)is this your first time to rent an apartment?

2)if no..what is the problem with the apartment you are staying for now?

3)How many of you will be staying in my apartment?

4)Do you have pet?

5)Do you smoke?

6)If i get to rent my apartment to you will you take absolute care of it?



so if you can provide me with answers to this questions we can now
proceed to the procedure....so i will be waiting for your reply

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment either to him, a lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

apartment...It is a well furnished apartment located at Predigerplatz
34 8001 Zürich....i attach the apartment pictures so you know how its

Let me introduce my self to you....Am Matthews Tomas.... Actually I
resided in the Apartment with my family before and presently we had
packed due to my transfer from my work, and presently been transfer to
U.K, i left the country with hope that i will be returning in a month
time, but right now the company have asked me to stay for 3 years
under contract with them in the U.K and presently my apartment is
still available for rent for 1000CHF per month including the
utilities,we try to look for an agent that we can give this keys
before we left but could not find and the one will find we could not
reach an agreement with them,and we as well do not want our apartment
to be used any how in our absence that is why we took it along with
us.So right now all the apartment keys and all Documents are with Our
Lawyer here in U.K we got a Lawyer here in Uk, because we are new to
this State,so we really need to get a Lawyer for Back-up,because we
will be staying in right here for 1-2 Yrs.The price is 1000CHF per
month,Security Deposit is 1500CHF . am just looking for responsible
person to take care of my property...I want you to note that we are
kind and honest people and also we spent a lot on our property that i
want to give you for rent,so i will solicit for your absolute
maintenance of this Apartment and want you to treat it as if it is
your own...The apartment is also available with the following..The
Apartment provides the following accommodation:

2.Tenant agreed not to turn premises to public business.

3.Pet allowed but with permission from the land lord.

4.You're allowed to register in with the apartments address.

5.Tenant agreed to make deposit payment and confirm the receipt to me

or my lawyer to show his/her seriousness towards the contract before moving in.

6.tenant agreed not to make unnecessary noise that could disturb

neighborhood.

Thanks for the mail... The apartment is 1000chf per month.. and for
now i am attending to you only... and i want you to know that this is
a sincere add so dont worry cos i have also been a victim of tenant
who are not serious who made me waste time and money coming down to
meet them with out seeing any one.... i got your details and have
forwarded it to my lawyer to get the contract document ready asap...so
i will get back to you soon.....And when it is ready i will sign and
scan a copy to you so you can also sign and send it back and after
you will make an advance payment as a sign of your seriousness that
you will be renting my apartment and after that we make an appointment
on when we will be meeting so i can hand you the keys to my
apartment.i want you to know that when i get to show you my apartment
and you dont like what you see your payment will be refunded back to
you..so i hope this is clear to you so i await your reply so we can
