I am so happy to read back from you. Firstly i want you to know
that the apartment is still available for rent. Below are some vital
information you need to know about my apartment. It cost 600euro
monthly together with all bills such as water, electricity, gas
e.t.c
and also a 700euro security deposit payment which is refundable while
packing out of my apartment if there is no damage or loss of my properties.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thanks for the mail. I am so sorry, i won't be available in Paris as i
am presently busy at work here that's why i sent you those pics so
that you can see how the place looks like. For you to get the place
reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be
prepared by my lawyer then i will post the keys of the apartment and
the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after
your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security
deposit has been confirmed.I need the below info from you so that the
rental contract can be prepared immediately:

I will wait for the above information soonest. Pls make sure you send
