I have got a nice and well located apartment to rent out in the city center of Vienna...well furnished and its in a good condition...i am looking for a neat tenant that will take care of he place and not party all the time....the rent is 350 euro as stated and its inclues in the rent...if you are still searching for a place please mail me for more details..

Kaerntner Ring 17 1010 Vienna, Austria and its 18m2 for each room in
the apartment,so it is 350euro and its include the
utilities in the apartment like water,heater,gas,internet e.t.c and
the refundable deposit of 600euro which is going to be refunded back
to you after you stay if nothing is damage or loss in the
apartment.The rooms are furnished with
TV,CD,fridge,internet,chairs,wardrobe,reading-table,AC,
Heater,cooker,washing machine,dish washer and so on...The apartment is
located in a very peaceful and cool environment,it is 2 bedrooms
with a shared kitchen,private toilet and bathroom.. so let me know if you are
