Rental scammer - [email protected]

I posted up a room for rent listing on Uloop, and this person asked for more details. After a reply, "Laura Smirth" sent me the following quoted message. I did a quick Google search which led me to another person's post on this site a year ago: http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=11423.

I really want to rent the apartment and that why I got to you,I wouldn't have emailed you if I am not interested in the apartment I will be coming to the states as soon as you agree to rent to me.I will see the apartment and fill every application as soon as I arrive to you.I can stay in the room because I am really in need of place to stay in the states and it must be very soon,I will be glad if you can rent it to me and How much does it cost Sharing the Room with you? My Client will be responsible for the payment of the rent.
The payment will be made to you in formaof a cashier check or traveler's check.The payment will be made to you by My company from our customer.The payment comprises of My work payment and Traveling ticket payment because my Client said they are going to be responsible for the payment of the traveling ticket to anywhere, and it will be mailed directly to where I want to rent .The payment will get to you and all you need to do is take the payment to a cashing point or Bank,then you deduct the money for your rent and send the balance which is for the travelling ticket to our storekeeper whose name and address will be sent to you Later.
