The apartment has a sunny porch, pantry a great gas stove and one huge bathroom.
The available bedroom is quite large and comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk, arm chair, bureau, TV, cable and internet etc etc
Shops, pubs, coffee houses, restaurants are all within a block or two of the house as is the red line branch of the subway at Davis Sq
This Cambridge neighborhood is one of the most sought after in all of Boston and Cambridge
A laid back, creative type would be most welcome. Lottery winner even better.
Long or short term rates available.
M/F, straight/gay. Flexible dates starting sometime in June and later this summer

Escuse me?
I gave you the intersection of my home, I would not give you the exact house number till after I spoke with you.
I can send you a picture of the room.
I'm sorry I cut short my note and left my name out. It is Kevin, I've lived here a long time and love the house and the neighborhood.

The house is in Cambridge, two short blocks from Davis Square and the red line branch of the subway. MIT is a very quick five minutes across Cambridge on the red line. By bike it would be a pleasant 25 minutes.
>> The apartment has lots of space (seven rooms) and plenty of direct sunshine. The house and apartment still retains much of its original charm with two tin ceilings, unique wall coverings in the foyer/hallway and a great ol gas stove, pantry and porch.
>> As for me, I'm a laid back, left leaning, college educated semi retired guy, I'm a bit of a artist/writer when I'm not busting my ass.
>> I've lived here a long time and love the place. The house and neighborhood are convenient and very laid back.
>> I've had interns, students, academicians, doctors etc etc from around the world and around the US live here and they have all enjoyed the area and the house.
>> The available bedroom is quite large and nicely furnished with a queen size bed, desk, arm chair, bureau and TV etc etc.
>> I do, of course have internet.
>> I think that 1500 would cover rent and utilities and internet.
>> Please feel free email me anytime if your still interested.
>> Thanks again.
