Thanks for your interest in my apartment...I was recently lost my sweet wife (with whom I had been married almost 18 years) she lost her battle to cancer 2 months ago. I made her a promise that I continue with our relief effort around the world with the little wealth God have bless us with so I'm presently in United States, on my way to Japan to help the earthquake and tsunami victims that is why I posted my apartment on this ad site, hoping that I shall find someone that will take good care of this apartment in my absent.
The monthly rent is 3800dkk includes all utilities and there is also a Security Deposit of 1780dkk which would be refunded back to you if after your stay in the apartment, if you did not damage any of the properties therein, a deposit will be required. Here is the address of the apartment 12 Kvintus Alle, 2300, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Also I will like you to know that the rent is not really the issue but your absolute maintenance of my apartment because it holds great memory my life with Roseleen my wife. I wait to your reply so we can proceed. I have also attached more pictures of the apartment.
