Mayou,

Good day, Apologies for my late response, i have been very busy with work. The room is double-size and comes fully furnished including Big bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, etc (although if you have your own furniture to bring this can be arranged). People often say this is the best room in the flat. Would suit mature/postgraduate students or professional. The flat is modern, double-glazed with gas central-heating. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, large dry basement. Broadband internet connection (not included in bills). The house is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, etc. There is an integrated mains-powered fire-alarm system and gas appliances are serviced and certified annually. Front and rear gardens, on-street parking (off-street also available at rear of house but you don't need it, there's plenty of street space)

The rent is £80 per week while the deposit is 3weeks rent.
The address is ST MICHAELS STREET, LONDON, CITY OF WESTMINSTER, W2 1QP, Only 5 min walk to edgware road station, and 8 min to Paddington station.

Thanks for reading through
Charles.

Hello Michelle

What you need to provide as the proof is very simple,I am only in need of a confirmation proof,And these is due to previous predicament that i have gone through in the past trying to rent the property to some student,i have got to realize so many people are not really in need of an apartment all they do is secure a place in advance. My last experience in trying to rent the property to a particular lady had got me to predicate on these, she made me believe she was willing and ready to get the apartment she even went to the extend of showing me her statement of account, which made me took her for the viewing but after taking her for the viewing, she saw the apartment and got to love it and never wanted to loose it,so she kept pleading i retain it for her because she is not financially composed at the moment, which i did but end up disastrously.
So for me to know you are ready and capable, you will have to send a month rent and the deposit to any your friend/partner or relatives here in london through any western union outlet around you,and as soon as you get it sent just get back to me with the receipt so i can confirm it,Once I confirm the details,i will get back to you to get your partner/friend to go and get your money for you and would contact my lawyer then we will proceed with the viewing. And after viewing if satisfied with what you see,you can now pay me in cash or check or make a standing payment and in exchange for the keys to the property and at that point i will refund the charges incurred in the process of the transfer back to you.

Do let me know if you understand me?

Charles.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money (again via Western Union) in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
