The rent is $480 per month including utilities and $400 for damages deposit....I will like you to drive by to the building today to view the exterior of the building for you to know where the apartment is located and get back to me so that I can forward you the full interior pictures to you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks and we can proceed to the next step which is the application process...

The apartment is available for both short and long term and the building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed..
I tried to look for an agent that I could give the document & the keys before I left but could not find any as a matter of urgency. And I don't want my place misused in my absence that is why I took the keys and documents along with me and i've not considered renting out the other room at the moment. So I hope you will promise me to take very good care of the apartment always.I have not considered renting the other room but you will have access to everywhere in the home.
Attached are the interior pictures for you to have an idea how beautiful and spacious the inside looks, I will like you to get back to me with your final decision after viewing the interior pictures and let me know if you are interested in proceeding with the rental so that I can forward the application form to you.

Thanks for posting this, i wasnt going to send him the money anyway,
but still i was able to send him a link to this page, so i could explain him
why i couldnt take his appartment. Even so it was a nice appartment.

I'm glad you avoided the scam.

In general, we recommend against telling scammers they are posted here or an any anti-scam site. Unfortunately, knowing they are listed won't stop them from scamming, but it will make them change their name and/or email address (which costs them nothing and takes them less than 10 minutes). When they do that, the next victim they approach won't have the benefit of the posted information, and is more likely to be scammed.
