Hello,

The rent include all bills.

For example: if you move in on the 27th that mean that you will have to me paying the rent on the 27th of each month.

The flat has 3 rooms, one is for me and the other 2 rooms is available for rent.

The rent per month is 600 SGD and a security deposit 900 SGD ,which is refundable,At the end of your stay in the room ,900 SGD Will be refund to you ,is for a security deposit, and it has to be refund, the purpose of this money,is in case of damages and if you did not damage any thing in the room, you money will be refund in full to you at the end of your stay in the room

The flat is located in 22 Cairnhill Road Singapore 239732.

The Nearest MRT Station: Is Somerset MRT Station (NS23)

From the to airport it is only a 25 minutes taxi drive,

PROCEDURE:

1.You need to read and sign the agreement form that will guarantee you that the room has been reserve for you.

2.The deposit and the first month rent has to be paid to our family lawyer via Bank transfer. ,this will show us that you're really interested in the room.

3.i'll need Your name and your move in and out date to prepare the Agreement/contract.

4 a scanned copy of your ID.

Let me know if this is okay by you cause i have been deceived by unseriuos people on this room, that is why my attorney advised me to request for the deposit and first month rent before concluding agreement with anybody.its written in the agreement form that your money(deposit) will be returned to you after your stay in the house.

The signed agreement form will be send to you first through attached mail(with the scanned page of my international passport). for you to read and understand, after which you will proceed with the payment,i'll now send you the original copy through a registered courier to your address for you to sign and bring along with you when moving in.

Regards,

Vanessa.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money (again via Western Union) in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
