I had already received a scam email from roberts_k who also goes as Thomas according to a girl I found through google who received the same email. He sent this email to me today which is the same exact one I got yesterday from another ad and email:

"Hello,
Thanks for your prompt response the apartment is a 1bedroom apartment,The monthly rental fee is $650 all utilities included and the deposit is $350.I looking for someone who is responsible who will be taking good care of my apartment as i am not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean all the time.So get back to me on how you could take care of my apartment or perhaps experience you have in renting homes.I am currently in the Canadian Army recently moved to Vancouver due to work that is the mean reason i am looking for a good tenant.Let me know when exactly you are willing to move in so we can then discuss on how you will be getting the keys,documents and application.I await your reply.

I saw the same post in Craigslist for Toronto / Mississauga. The same Kel Robert.
By the way, I also saw on the same craigslist postings for a couple of rentals and this time they are by Eric Tosin and his wife Victoria Tosin. Go to Facebook and you will see their photos. Here are their emails to me.
I have reported them to the police in Mississauga and also to the police in Portland Oregon.

I also received the reply about looking for someone "who will be taking good care of my apartment as i am not after the money."

He also sent me the following address and info regarding the building:

"Hi, Here is the address to the apartment 8200 Park Road Richmond , BC V6Y2Y8.Let me know if the location is fine by you so i can send you pics and application"

Looking up the address on google maps shows that the building located at that spot is an apartment building, but actually only has 3 stories, instead of the 17 that is advertised.

Has anyone else had any further communication with this person? Anyone try to go look at the place?
